CoNote is a desktop application that helps developers manage project outlines and documentation. The service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Paddle). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

CoNote and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoNote is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
